Return, Exchange, and Replacement Policy:

We stand for the quality of our Arkade products. All Arkade products undergo a 3-stage Quality Control process before they leave our factory.

All sales of Arkade products from the www.arkade.games e-commerce website are final. Arkade does not accept returns or exchanges. Arkade will replace your product in the event of a factory defect. Arkade will not replace your product due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse including dropping the product on the ground, whether intentional or unintentional
  • Use that is not in accordance with the Arkade product’s instructions
  • Products which have had their housings opened or are otherwise tampered with
  • Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components

If you believe you received an Arkade product with a functional defect, you have 14 days from the date you received the product to make a claim for consideration of a replacement product.

In order to make a claim, you must send an email to support@arkade.games and:

Describe what is defective about the product
Attach photos and video evidence that demonstrate the defective nature of the product
Provide your full name, phone number, email, mailing address including postal code
Provide the date the product was received and your www.arkade.games order # and shipment tracking # (if available).
We will make every effort via email to troubleshoot your problem but if we are unable to fix your problem we will send out a replacement product via courier or postal service of our choice.

Arkade is not responsible if your smartphone or tablet is not able to run a particular application or game due to hardware, software, of other constraints endemic to the device itself.

If you purchased your Arkade product from a seller, retailer, distributor, or online shop other than www.arkade.games, you must return or exchange your product to that seller in accordance with their return/exchange policy.
